All your Canvas work in one place, ranked by what it costs you
The organizer is free and runs on your device. AI help only runs on a course after you confirm its syllabus allows it, and nothing here ever submits your work.

I need to see it work, and know it is allowed, before I pay
It goes on the account that holds your grades, and an integrity hearing is worse than a bad grade.
Credit costs vary by task: each Solver request has a fixed cost for its kind, 1 credit for an ordinary solve, shown before you solve. Credits are not a fixed number of solves. Purchased credits pay for Solver without a subscription; Tutor and the study tools come with a Study or Full Assist plan. Course permission still applies.

How does Canvas calculate weighted grades?
Canvas scores each assignment group on its own, the points you earned in that group divided by the points possible in it, then multiplies each group score by that group's weight and adds the results. That is why a 10 point quiz in a category worth 40% can move your grade more than a 100 point project in a category worth 10%. The catch is that the weights live in your syllabus, not on the grades page. GradeGem reads them out of the syllabus text and shows each category's weight and your score in it next to your grade. If a category cannot be matched to your gradebook it says so rather than guess.
Can I see all my Canvas assignments in one place?
Yes, and that part is free. The browser extension reads the Canvas pages you already open and builds one list across every course, bucketed into Past due, Today, This week and Later, ordered by how much each item actually moves your grade rather than by date. It also warns you when several deadlines land on the same day and looks three to twenty-one days ahead for the week where work from more than one course piles up. There is no account to create and none of it uses AI.
How do I get my Canvas due dates into Google Calendar?
GradeGem gives you one private subscription link that you add once to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, so your deadlines keep updating there when a due date moves instead of going stale like a one-time export. It needs a linked GradeGem account with dashboard sync switched on, because the feed is served from your account rather than your browser, and it carries assignment titles, course names and due dates only, never your grades. If the link ever leaks you can reset it and the old one stops working.
What do I need on my final exam?
Take the grade you want, subtract the part of the course you have already locked in, and divide by the final's weight. The free final grade calculator on this site does it from three numbers with no sign-in. Inside the extension the same simulator fills those numbers in from your real grades and your syllabus weights, rounds the score you need up rather than down because the rounded-down figure misses the cut, and when your target is genuinely out of reach it names the best grade the final can still carry you to instead of stopping at not reachable.
Will it tell me when a due date changes?
Yes. As you browse Canvas, GradeGem notices new assignments, moved due dates, changed point values and newly posted grades, and collects them behind a bell in the side panel with an unread count. The toolbar icon badge is a separate thing: it shows how many items are due today, or on a day with nothing due, how many saved practice problems are waiting.
Can I try it before installing anything?
Yes. The workspace demo runs in your browser with no account and no credits: you can add a class, set its context, search the book catalog, choose how answers are laid out and stage a question, and it shows you a receipt of exactly what context would be sent with it. The worked answers in it are saved examples rather than live output, and the demo says so on screen. The final grade calculator also works with no sign-in.
