Credits and plans

Costs vary by task. Each Solver request has a fixed credit cost for its kind: 1 credit for an ordinary solve, and more for larger kinds such as a whole page or a video. You see the cost before you solve. Credits pay for Solver; Tutor and the study tools come with a Study or Full Assist plan. Course permission still applies. Credits are not a fixed number of solves.

Each paid solve includes 3 follow-up or Check questions about it for 24 hours. Practice questions based on it are included within daily limits. After the third question, run a new solve to keep asking. Included questions stop at 30 a day across all your solves. In the Workspace, each question in a Solve it chat is its own solve, priced before you send it.

Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid invoice period and do not roll over. Each successful monthly payment provides a new allowance. Packs and semester plans: Credits expire at the term end shown at checkout. If fewer than 21 days remain in the current term when you buy, they last through the following term. Exam Week credits and Study access last seven days from successful payment. Nothing renews.

Your existing plan, credits, and expiry dates stay the same. Credits from packs, plans, referrals and promotions share one balance, and each grant keeps its own expiry. Check your account to see your plan and balance.

Yes. Use your account on any number of devices. Your plan and credit balance apply across all of them.

Open Manage billing on your account page to cancel a monthly subscription through Stripe. You keep the features you paid for until that period ends. Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid invoice period. The free organizer and data export remain available. For help, contact support@gradegem.com.

AI features require your acknowledgment that your course permits AI assistance. Check your syllabus or ask your instructor. Review generated work yourself; GradeGem does not submit coursework for you.
